| Abstract | This video provides an overview of plant phenotyping tools developed by CRA-W through several projects to assess (a)biotic stress on wheat. It presents different steps from observation and sample collection in the field, to laboratory and field analytical tools using among others, visible/near infrared spectroscopy and hyperspectral imaging. This video shows in particular a study case on several analytical tools implemented for the assessment of fusarium head blight – FHB (Fusarium sp.) on wheat. |
