Analysis of the life cycle of the beef production

The aim of this study is to acquire a methodology and adapt the frame of references mobilized to define the environmental impact of beef meat production for the Belgian context, especially in the Walloon region. To achieve this objective, the life cycle analysis of beef production systems will be used. This is a First project (partnership ACOSEC scrl and CRA-W).
