| Abstract | The virus was newly recorded on winter barley. Symptoms were reproduced in the glasshouse on barley grown in infested soils. Virus particles and modifications induced in leaf cells were studied by electron microscopy. As a result of decrease in the number of ears, fertility and 1000 grain wt., yield was halved in 2 winter barley varieties. |
