| Contenu | Fourteen of the 21 pesticides from the 8th JPTP were tested on adult Aphidius rhopalosiphi at their maximum recommended field rate on glass plates. Bavistin , Dithane M45 , Thianozan and Topsin M were determined as harmless to the parasitoid in the laboratory experiment. Captan, Euparen , Kumulus , Match , Polo , Scala and Telmion , which were slightly harmful, and Admiral , Vertimec and Zolone , which were harmful, need further tests in the laboratory or in the field for an adequate assessment of their side effects on A. rhopalosiphi. The effect of insect growth regulators like Match and Polo on reproduction was limited to the first generation. |
