| Abstract | This video provides an overview of on-site analytical tools developed by CRA-W through several projects to assess the quality of fruits. It presents different handheld devices used in laboratory and orchard using among others, visible/near infrared spectroscopy and hyperspectral imaging. This video shows in particular a study case on the analysis chain for the assessment of the apples quality. |
