| Abstract | A new method, which is simple and easy to understand for the growers, and of which the indicated statements on the label give information that is always applicable and hence, not related to developing integrated pest management practices, was developed. The new statement on the label 'Compound X is selective for beneficial Y' is given after the decision of the registration committee after studies provided by the company and after judgement by the experts. The advantages and disadvantages of the newly proposed method are briefly discussed. |
